I bought this coupon expecting to have a very relaxing time............. First of all, after I made the appointment, they called me back and cancelled it. Then they called me back again to say it was ok for me to come in when i scheduled it. The girl doing the facial was very nice. In the private room I was in, the door did NOT close all the way. NOt too comfortable when you have to undress..... Just outside the door was the nail staion where 2 ladies spent the entire time cackling. The estetician had to go out and ask them to be quit,. NIce gesture but I could still hear them. The facial was supposed to be over an hour long. When i asked on the phone they told me an hour, they cut it down to 45 minutes. :( After my facial, I chose to get my eyebrows done. Then girl suggested threading because "it doesnt hurt and wont leave redness" It hurt like hell and she cut my brow line in 4 places and I had bruising, scabs and pain for days.

Unfortunately I will not be back and I was dissapointed with this deal purchase......
